How to Create Job
1. Click on “Job” from the list of options on the left hand side of the screen along with the dashboard.
2. Click on the Create New Job for New Job.

Click on the ‘+’ icon at the far right bar and then Click on “Customer Invoice” from the dropdown and enter the Job Details.

Add Vehicle and Cutomer Setting

Fill all the required information to Add New Customer
Select Company or Individual, enter company name, ABN, Email, Phone, Address auto fill and then Save.

Add New Customer

Fill all the required information to Add New Vehicle
Select Customer, enter Registration no., VIN, Year, Select Make, Model and Body Type and then Save.

Add Vehicle Information

If you have already added Customer and Vehicle, Select from dropdown list, attach any file if needed, add Post Date, Order Number, Next Service Date, Job Status, Next Service KMS, Description.
Add Items to Booking from your stock. If Item and Category does not exist add New one from here.

Create a Job

Add New job

Fill all the required information to Add New Item and then Save.

Add New Item in the List

PRODUCT FIELD DESCRIPTIONS
Category - Select Category of Item.
+New - If does not exist, Create New.
Is GST FREE - YES/NO.
Item Name - Enter your Item/Product Name.
Opening Quantity- Add Item/Product opening Quantity.
Supplier - Enter the supplier of the product. This will link the product to the supplier in your list of suppliers.
Buy Price - The price you paid for the Item/Product.
Sale Price - The price you will charge customers for this product.

Add Mechanic
When Items are adding in the Booking, you can also assign Booking to any Mechanic by adding Mechanic into Booking as below.

Select Mechanic, add Start Date and Start Time, enter estimated hours you can update this later, add amount per job, check GST YES/No and click on Add, you can also delete this anytime in the Booking.

Amount per Job and Estimated Hours are relevant with Mechanic per hour rate, so it will automatically calculate mechanic hours and amount with this.

(e.g. if mechanic per hour in 15$, and in Booking you add 2 hours and amount per job 40$, it will automatically calculate mechanic rate 30$ in the end when Job paid, and the remaining one will be Workshop profit so fill these information accordingly)

Mechanics List

If Mechanic does not exist in the list, then add a New Mechanic from here

Add New Mechanic

Fill name and Email to add Mechanic. Role is not changeable, so it will be Mechanic.

Job Add Mechanic

Invoice and Job Card Note

Add Job Card Note and Invoice Note into Job and Click Save Job.
