How to create quick Invoice
1. Click on “Invoice” from the list of options on the left hand side of the screen in Sales section.
2. Here you can create Quick Invoice.
3. Click on “Create Invoice” and fill all the required information.
4. Select Customer and Vehicle from list, if it does does not exist you can Create a New Customer and New Vehicle on the same page.
Click on the ‘+’ icon at the far right bar and then Click on “Customer Invoice” from the dropdown and enter the Job Details.
Fill all the required information to Add New Customer
Select Company or Individual, enter company name, ABN, Email, Phone, Address auto fill and then Save.
Fill all the required information to Add New Vehicle
Select Customer, enter Registration no., VIN, Year, Select Make, Model and Body Type and then Save.
If you have already added the Customer and Vehicle, then Select from dropdown list, Add Invoice Date, Order Number, Next Service KMS, Payment Terms, Next Service Date, Next Service Note, Description.
Add Item to this Invoice, Select Category and Item from drop down list, if Category and Item does not exist you can add New.
If Item does does not exist add a New Item from here (as shown in the screenshot below.)
Fill all the required information to add an Item like Select Category, If category does does not exist you can add it here by clicking “New” button, select Item GST YES/NO, enter Item Name, Opening Quantity, Select Supplier (keep it unselect if not any), Add Buy Price and Sell Price and then Save.
After adding Item to Invoice, complete required fields and then save. You can also quick pay this Invoice.
Add Job Card Note and Invoice Note into Invoice and Click Save Invoice.
